GABPA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GABPA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,241 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GABPA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SON, RPS6, and DCAF7. Each is linked with GABPA in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABPA-to-partner and partner-to-GABPA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GABPA versus SON in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GABPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→GABPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
