Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GABPA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,908 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GABPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZBTB12, CEP68, and KLF12. Each is linked with GABPA in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABPA-to-partner and partner-to-GABPA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GABPA versus ZBTB12 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GABPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→GABPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
