Across TCGA cell cohorts, GABPA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,883 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GABPA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of double-strand break repair, Monoubiquitinated protein deubiquitination, and Phosphatidylinositol-3-phosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with GABPA in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABPA-to-partner and partner-to-GABPA results are reported.
