GABPA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GABPA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GABPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLDN17, IQCF3, and KRTAP19-3. Each is linked with GABPA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABPA-to-partner and partner-to-GABPA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLDN17 grouped by GABPA-low versus GABPA-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GABPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→GABPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
