GABBR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GABBR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,030 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GABBR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SHCBP1, HAUS8, and PSMD9. Each is linked with GABBR2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABBR2-to-partner and partner-to-GABBR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SHCBP1 grouped by GABBR2-low versus GABBR2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GABBR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GABBR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
