GABARAPL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GABARAPL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 58 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GABARAPL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1283-1, IL21, and XIAPP1. Each is linked with GABARAPL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABARAPL2-to-partner and partner-to-GABARAPL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1283-1 grouped by GABARAPL2-low versus GABARAPL2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GABARAPL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GABARAPL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
