Across TCGA patient cohorts, GABARAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,162 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GABARAP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway in response to hydrogen peroxide, Positive regulation of pinocytosis, and Axo-dendritic protein transport. Each is linked with GABARAP in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABARAP-to-partner and partner-to-GABARAP results are reported.
