GABARAP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GABARAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GABARAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR548H2, OSBPL9P5, and NPM1P45. Each is linked with GABARAP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABARAP-to-partner and partner-to-GABARAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR548H2 grouped by GABARAP-low versus GABARAP-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GABARAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→GABARAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
