GAB4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GAB4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 109 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1K1, C10orf120, and FAM25G. Each is linked with GAB4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAB4-to-partner and partner-to-GAB4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
