GAB3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAB3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,801 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP113, MIR615, and UHRF1. Each is linked with GAB3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAB3-to-partner and partner-to-GAB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP113 grouped by GAB3-low versus GAB3-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
