GAB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,467 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP331, RNU6ATAC26P, and TRAJ50. Each is linked with GAB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAB2-to-partner and partner-to-GAB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP331 grouped by GAB2-low versus GAB2-high in OV.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
