GAB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GAB2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,283 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSH1, MYBPC3, and MBTD1. Each is linked with GAB2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAB2-to-partner and partner-to-GAB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SSH1 grouped by GAB2-low versus GAB2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
