GAB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,994 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBSN, MYO1D, and DDX21_S89. Each is linked with GAB1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAB1-to-partner and partner-to-GAB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GAB1 versus RBSN in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
