GAB1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,554 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPARCL1, CLEC3B, and FANCA. Each is linked with GAB1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAB1-to-partner and partner-to-GAB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GAB1 versus SPARCL1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
