GAB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAB1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, mTOR_pS2448, and Notch1. Each is linked with GAB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAB1-to-partner and partner-to-GAB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by GAB1-low versus GAB1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
