Across TCGA cell cohorts, GAB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,256 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of macroautophagy, Positive regulation of canonical Wnt signaling pathway, and Protein destabilization. Each is linked with GAB1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAB1-to-partner and partner-to-GAB1 results are reported.
