Across TCGA cell cohorts, GAB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR52L1, OR52E4, and BPIFA2. Each is linked with GAB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAB1-to-partner and partner-to-GAB1 results are reported.
