GAA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,295 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAA-associated genes across cancer lineages are EMC3-AS1, C4orf46, and LACTB. Each is linked with GAA in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAA-to-partner and partner-to-GAA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EMC3-AS1 grouped by GAA-low versus GAA-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAA→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
