GAA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAA mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAA-associated genes across cancer lineages are G6PD, Mre11, and p38-MAPK. Each is linked with GAA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAA-to-partner and partner-to-GAA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, G6PD grouped by GAA-low versus GAA-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAA→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
