GAA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GAA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 395 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAA-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC22A9, C6orf118, and IFNA1. Each is linked with GAA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAA-to-partner and partner-to-GAA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC22A9 grouped by GAA-low versus GAA-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAA→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
