G6PD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, G6PD mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible G6PD-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with G6PD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both G6PD-to-partner and partner-to-G6PD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by G6PD-low versus G6PD-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (G6PD→partner) and Y-score (partner→G6PD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
