G6PD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, G6PD RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,326 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible G6PD-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to iron(III) ion, Response to L-phenylalanine derivative, and Pentose-phosphate shunt, oxidative branch. Each is linked with G6PD in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both G6PD-to-partner and partner-to-G6PD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Response to iron(III) ion grouped by G6PD-low versus G6PD-high in LIVER.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (G6PD→partner) and Y-score (partner→G6PD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
