G6PC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, G6PC3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible G6PC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, FoxM1, and GATA6. Each is linked with G6PC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both G6PC3-to-partner and partner-to-G6PC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by G6PC3-low versus G6PC3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (G6PC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→G6PC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
