G6PC2

Across TCGA patient cohorts, G6PC2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible G6PC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, S6_pS240_S244, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with G6PC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both G6PC2-to-partner and partner-to-G6PC2 results are reported.
