G6PC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, G6PC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible G6PC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DYDC1, AADACL3, and SLC17A6. Each is linked with G6PC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both G6PC2-to-partner and partner-to-G6PC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DYDC1 grouped by G6PC2-low versus G6PC2-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (G6PC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→G6PC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
