G3BP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, G3BP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,112 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible G3BP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBMY1F, EIF3JP1, and TUBB8P3. Each is linked with G3BP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both G3BP2-to-partner and partner-to-G3BP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBMY1F grouped by G3BP2-low versus G3BP2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (G3BP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→G3BP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
