FZD8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FZD8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,153 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FZD8-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX15, CENPN, and LEO1. Each is linked with FZD8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FZD8-to-partner and partner-to-FZD8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX15 grouped by FZD8-low versus FZD8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FZD8→partner) and Y-score (partner→FZD8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
