FZD7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FZD7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,949 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FZD7-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP78, RNF227, and SUPV3L1. Each is linked with FZD7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FZD7-to-partner and partner-to-FZD7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CEP78 grouped by FZD7-low versus FZD7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FZD7→partner) and Y-score (partner→FZD7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
