FZD7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FZD7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FZD7-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP, REG1B, and GJA10. Each is linked with FZD7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FZD7-to-partner and partner-to-FZD7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AVP grouped by FZD7-low versus FZD7-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FZD7→partner) and Y-score (partner→FZD7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
