Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FZD6 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FZD6 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher FZD6 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FZD6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, CCRCC, and PDAC are the cancer types where FZD6 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
