Across TCGA cell cohorts, FZD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,535 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FZD4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Negative regulation of activation of membrane attack complex. Each is linked with FZD4 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FZD4-to-partner and partner-to-FZD4 results are reported.
