Across TCGA cell cohorts, FYTTD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,585 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FYTTD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of autophagosome maturation, Negative regulation of macroautophagy, and Negative regulation of cilium assembly. Each is linked with FYTTD1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FYTTD1-to-partner and partner-to-FYTTD1 results are reported.
