Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FYB1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FYB1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher FYB1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FYB1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
ACC, LUSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where FYB1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
