FYB1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FYB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,523 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FYB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOBEC3H, NCF4, and IL2RB. Each is linked with FYB1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FYB1-to-partner and partner-to-FYB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FYB1 versus APOBEC3H in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FYB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FYB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
