Across TCGA cell cohorts, FYB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,808 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FYB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Small GTPase-mediated signal transduction, Negative regulation of transforming growth factor beta production, and Regulation of cytokine-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with FYB1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FYB1-to-partner and partner-to-FYB1 results are reported.
