Across TCGA patient cohorts, FXYD6P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,581 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FXYD6P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear membrane reassembly, Positive regulation of double-strand break repair, and Regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination. Each is linked with FXYD6P1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FXYD6P1-to-partner and partner-to-FXYD6P1 results are reported.
