FXYD6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FXYD6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,389 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FXYD6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DPYSL2, PALM, and TMOD2. Each is linked with FXYD6 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FXYD6-to-partner and partner-to-FXYD6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FXYD6 versus DPYSL2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FXYD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→FXYD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
