FXYD6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FXYD6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,950 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FXYD6-associated genes across cancer lineages are CISD3, OR5H7P, and DUTP3. Each is linked with FXYD6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FXYD6-to-partner and partner-to-FXYD6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CISD3 grouped by FXYD6-low versus FXYD6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FXYD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→FXYD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
