The most reproducible FXYD6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasmic translation, Aerobic respiration, and Nucleoside triphosphate metabolic process. Each is linked with FXYD6 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FXYD6-to-partner and partner-to-FXYD6 results are reported.
