FXYD5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FXYD5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,958 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FXYD5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DPYD, ARPC1B, and ARPC2. Each is linked with FXYD5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FXYD5-to-partner and partner-to-FXYD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FXYD5 versus DPYD in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FXYD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→FXYD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
