Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FXYD5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,621 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FXYD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM60, SPANXN2, and MIR6766. Each is linked with FXYD5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FXYD5-to-partner and partner-to-FXYD5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM60 grouped by FXYD5-low versus FXYD5-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FXYD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→FXYD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
