FXYD5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FXYD5 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 356 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FXYD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are AUP1, OR7C1, and PIK3CD. Each is linked with FXYD5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FXYD5-to-partner and partner-to-FXYD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AUP1 grouped by FXYD5-low versus FXYD5-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FXYD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→FXYD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
