Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FXYD3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 1,502 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FXYD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLEC_S1043, NCF1, and NCF4. Each is linked with FXYD3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FXYD3-to-partner and partner-to-FXYD3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FXYD3 versus PLEC_S1043 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 1.00.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FXYD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FXYD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
