Across TCGA cell cohorts, FXYD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,744 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FXYD3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of iron ion transport, Positive regulation of iron ion transmembrane transport, and Positive regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay. Each is linked with FXYD3 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FXYD3-to-partner and partner-to-FXYD3 results are reported.
