FXYD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FXYD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,359 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FXYD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AGO1, DDAH1, and FERMT2. Each is linked with FXYD2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FXYD2-to-partner and partner-to-FXYD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FXYD2 versus AGO1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FXYD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FXYD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
