FXYD2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FXYD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,063 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FXYD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC3A1, RPL7AP52, and LGALS2. Each is linked with FXYD2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FXYD2-to-partner and partner-to-FXYD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FXYD2 versus SLC3A1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FXYD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FXYD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
