Across TCGA patient cohorts, FXYD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FXYD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2BH1P, SRIP2, and ZBTB45P2. Each is linked with FXYD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FXYD2-to-partner and partner-to-FXYD2 results are reported.
