FXR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FXR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 516 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FXR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC30A2, CCDC190, and KRTAP2-1. Each is linked with FXR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FXR2-to-partner and partner-to-FXR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC30A2 grouped by FXR2-low versus FXR2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FXR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FXR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
