FXR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FXR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,312 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FXR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPCP20, LINC01758, and RN7SL173P. Each is linked with FXR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FXR1-to-partner and partner-to-FXR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPCP20 grouped by FXR1-low versus FXR1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FXR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FXR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
