FXR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FXR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 296 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FXR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MS4A6E, BEX5, and GSTA3. Each is linked with FXR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FXR1-to-partner and partner-to-FXR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MS4A6E grouped by FXR1-low versus FXR1-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FXR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FXR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
